Company
Rúnora, LLC is a leadership development company whose emphasis is to be of service to executives, leaders, groups and individuals in organizations around the world. The company was founded by Runa Bouius, a native of Iceland. Runa is passionate about making a difference and sharing with people how we can make our lives more meaningful and service oriented through self-mastery, responsibility and alignment to our purpose and values. A favorite quote, from Gandhi, brought Runa’s myriad life experiences and her explorations in human development and leadership to a crossroad of realization: “We must be the change we seek to create in the world.”
Elaborating further on this deep wisdom from Gandhi is a quote from Master Nan Huai Chin of Hong Kong; “If you want to be a leader, you have to be a real human being. You must recognize the true meaning of life before you can actually become a great leader. You must understand yourself first.”
Hence at Rúnora, we focus on self-knowledge, growth and development, offering a philosophy and process for maximizing any leader’s ability to hold true power, vision, authenticity and intent through self-leadership and awareness, compassion for self and others, and exploration of the bigger questions in life.
