Align The Professional & Individual
Professional business people today are under enormous pressure, both at work and at home. Faster
pace, new communication gadgets, and fierce
competition add oil to the fire. They put their pride into
performing well at work and serve their companies as best they can. They
also want to be active participants in family life and in good contact
with friends and community. By giving it their all in every area the
individual often forgets him/herself, his/her health and well-being. Leaders/managers increasingly complain about chronic fatigue, stress, lack of
focus, and motivation. They experience depression and some kind of inner emptiness.
What
can be done? We will explore the various aspects of stress management
and look at the complex expression patterns and personality traits of
the individual. This will shine a light on how we react to pressure and
what methods work best for us to manage stress. No two individuals are
alike, and it is therefore imperative to understand the inner mechanics
at work within the individuals of the organization. That knowledge
leads to the manager’s well-being and self-control, and increases
acceptance of self, teammates, customers, family, and friends.
The Goal is that managers…
• Take responsibility for their own health & well-being • Improve their communication skills with others • Increase productivity and creativity • Actively support the growth and development of their company • Learn to lead from an inner strength
Participants will learn about…
• Stress and stress management • Their own Reaction Style • Reaction Styles of others • Strengthening interaction and team work • Their own strength and primary personality traits
