Runa has joined the founder of Conscious Leader Roundtables, Mark Lefko, and his core team. Mark is know as the founder and CEO of the Lefko Group -- a corporate retreat, facilitation and coaching company in the Los Angeles area in California.
The
purpose of the Conscious Leader Roundtables is to explore new ways to
bring the world of business into the reality and the new paradigm of the
21st century. Consciously. And together.
If you are a leader who
wants to be keenly and deeply aware of yourself, your surroundings, and
your impact on the world then the Roundtables might be for you.
In Conscious Leader Roundtables, we explore questions like:
* How can I be evolving as a conscious minded leader in the
21st Century?
* In a competitive environment, how can collaboration
be effective?
* In this period of rapid change, how do I lead calmly, gracefully
and consciously?
* What role does intuition play in the success of the leader?
Conscious
Leader Roundtables meet monthly to discuss these kinds of questions, as
well as share critical experiences and insights, in a supportive group
setting. Roundtables consist of 8-10 members of “C” level executives and
leaders of
successful companies and institutions who are creating the leading edge
of business and leadership.
