Do you want to empower, evoke purpose and be of service to your clients and employees, your organization and the world at large? As a leader you are not only responsible for the overall health, profit and social ethics of your business but also for the growth and well-being of your people. Today’s fast-paced work environment, with challenges like new technology, mergers and acquisitions, globalization and environmental concerns create intense pressure that can negatively impact both employees and leaders. The symptoms of these rapid changes on individuals can show up as diminished passion and respect, internal conflicts, burnout and job discontent. The paradox is that that is the opposite of what is needed. They understand that when we are deeply connected to ourselves, to others and to something beyond that, we are connected to life. That life then expresses itself in the vibrant health of the organization and in the creative spirit of all its employees. When you as a leader experience this connection, you can lead the members of your organization to the thrill of touching their humanity. In so doing, they will also become powerful channels for inspiration, purpose and service rippling out to the rest of the world.
